The history of this house appears to be a follows as taken from engineering records dated from 1982 to 2004. The house was constructed in approximately 1970. It appears that the house was wholly or partially built on fill which contained organic material which was not properly compacted. In the first years after construction, the back of the house settled uniformly. Both floors of the house have a slope of approximately 2" to 3" north to south.
